Patrick J. Egan, CRE, began his real estate career in 1972 and is Executive Vice President and principal of Latter and Blum, Inc./Realtors.  As the former Director of the Appraisal/Consulting Division of Latter and Blum, Patrick is widely recognized for his expertise in the hospitality industry.

Over the past 40 years, Patrick has been involved with hundreds of hotel counseling and appraisal assignments, including new development, disposition, lending, and bankruptcy.  Local assignments include the majority of the principal CBD and French Quarter hotels such as the Hilton, Sheraton, and Ritz-Carlton.  He has been published on numerous hotel related topics. His extensive experience and knowledge make him a valuable asset to the Hospitality Division.
